Snake swim in the lanes x 8 laps for 200 yards.
BIKE COURSE:
Driving directions:
Turn right onto Woodland Street (0.10 miles)
Turn left onto E Fort St (0.24 miles)
Turn Left onto N Waite St (0.37 miles)
Turn Left onto TN-55 E/McMinnville Hwy (6.3 miles)
Reverse of above route
There are a couple of nice hills on the first and last mile of the ride, otherwise it is a nice flat course

RUN COURSE:
Start at the recreation center and loop around onto the greenway, onto highway 41 towards Old Stone Fort state park, turn Left into the park where runners will do an out and back, return to the recreation cente on the same route.
